My name is Jessica Lin (Yi-Ju Lin). I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Linguistics at Georgetown University. My research interests lie in Text Analytics, language data annotation and evaluation, and societal applications of Natural Language Processing (NLP). I am currently working on multimodal humor detection, my master's thesis is about predicting dark humor intensity within internet memes.
